Return Policy

Here at we want you to be completely happy with your online shopping experience. Your complete satisfaction is our biggest priority. If there is any problem with your order please let us know. Due to the nature of our products we only accept returns on items that sealed in their packaging and unused. Corsets and Lingerie are not returnable unless if they have not been taken out of their packaging. If you take it out and try it on we cannot take it back. At that point, it has been on your skin and we are dealing with lingerie which is different than a shirt for example. Sorry but we do not sell used corsets and lingerie, therefore we cannot take them back if you make a mistake in the size when ordering. We are here to help you get the right size the first time so you don't have to return, but you do need to contact us before ordering if you need help figuring out what size to get.

Returns must be received within 30 days from delivery date and must have a Return Authorization number. Items returned without an authorization number will not be accepted. Allow 1to 2 billing cycles for refunds. Please contact us for a return authorization number.

International Orders, Custom Ordered or Close Out & Clearance items are non returnable and all sales final.
